Hello disha,
You can apply as yours is greater than 70 percentile. The news about CMAT is fake.XIME has no quota.Your Admission depends on entrance exam score,Academics,Work ex(if any) and GDPI Performance.CAT/XAT may be given slightly more weightage than CMAT.but XIME has no particular seats reserved for special quota.Last year people got admission with 65-75 percentile in MAT also.So apply and prepare weel for GDPI.All the best disha

Madhu these days you can find a MBA college at every street in a city. These are comming up like mushrooms. Not all of them are approved by UGC or DEC. That is the reason that you may be finding many candidates commenting that they have not found a job after completing MBA. But then ask the ones who have completed this post graduation course through an approved and reputed institute. Probably you may not find anybody job-less unless he/she has chosen it to be that way for some specific reason. The point is that if your MBA institite is reputed, you will be absobed soon in a job.

Hi Nitin,
Master of Science or MSc programme in Agriculture & Forestry, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics are a natural choice for science graduates in India. M.Sc programmes help students to widen their scope and develop expertise in a particular subject area of their choice.

Hi ankita,
Last year the cut off for xat was 65+, however some weightage is given to the academic background and extra curriculars as well.
As far as cmat is concerned, you need to score minimum 160+ to get a call. It depends upon your percentile score.

Firstly the PGDM General and PGDM International Business programs will not consider any other scores other than CAT and GMAT.
The PGDM Retail Management and PGDM Insurance Business Management programs will consider CAT, GMAT, XAT, CMAT and MAT scores.
The XAT score of 61 percentile should suffice for the PGDM Retial Management and PGDM Insurance Business Management programs, but to be on safe side target 200+ in the upcoming CMAT.
Last year the cutoff of CMAT scores was around 200. But every year the trend changes in CMAT, so do prepared to be in the top 85 percentile in CMAT, which is not as tough a task.

Both the campuses are good in their own ways but as bangalore one was established earlier it has a little edge over hyderabad when it comes to placements. You can check the previous year placement records and make a informed decision. The overall placement scenario in both the campuses is very good, the official placement details will be available soon.

Hi Mihir,
It is tough to compare BIMTech, Noida from NIBM, Pune as every institute has it's own plus and minus points. You need to check certain parameters before joining any institute such as :
*recognition.
*success rate.
*how old the institute is.
*course details.
*faculty.
*alumni feedback.
*Specialization offered.
*Past placements records.
*Tuition fees.
*City preference.
*Industry interface etc.
So, think and decide wisely.
