You need to connect yourself with some institution so that you will be giving exam under that only and it will be considered worth. You can do the course by studying at home but you must have some connection to the college where you will be giving the exams for your different levels.

Yes, you can take admission in B.Arch but you should have at least 50% marks in your 10+2 exam and as you score well in NATA, it's a plus point for you.

For HR, the best institutes are XLRI, TISS, etc. However, even XISS is good for HR but what I would suggest for HR is that apply to those colleges where the placement scenario for HR batch is stable. I am a current student of BIMM and I can say that the placement for HR from our college has set a milestone, even though the batch strength is high, HR students have bagged placements of 14 lacs, 10 lacs, 7.5 lacs etc. From reputed companies. Vedanta, Amazon, Infosys etc. When it comes to Fees and ROI, our college is the best as compared to all other tier 3 B schools as the fee for 2 years is just 8.6 lacs.
