B.Ed eligibility:
The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Ed admission 2019 are listed below:
Successful completion of graduation in any of Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognised university.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation
A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level.

Both the college take admission on the basis of your JEE score so you can apply.

Yes, there are some institutions that offer facility of evening cum weekend classes. Of course one needs to find such college where one resides. Yes, you are eligible as the cut off for most Universities is 65%, however it may vary from University to University, check out with the University you want to apply to, if I may suggest check out Deakin, RMIT, University of Sydney, UOWS to mention a few, however please select a course of 2 years duration as 1 year one will not make you eligible for a Post study work visa.
