Yes, there are some institutions that offer facility of evening cum weekend classes. Of course one needs to find such college where one resides. If you can look around and approach the registrar or principal of the colleges offering Masters in your place of residence then perhaps you can proceed. Best wishes to you.

Dear Samir,
Yes, you are eligible as the cut off for most Universities is 65%, however it may vary from University to University, check out with the University you want to apply to, if I may suggest check out Deakin, RMIT, University of Sydney, UOWS to mention a few, however please select a course of 2 years duration as 1 year one will not make you eligible for a Post study work visa.
