The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Ed admission 2019 are listed below:
Successful completion of graduation in any of Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognised university.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation
A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level.

Yes, you are eligible as the cut off for most Universities is 65%, however it may vary from University to University, check out with the University you want to apply to, if I may suggest check out Deakin, RMIT, University of Sydney, UOWS to mention a few, however please select a course of 2 years duration as 1 year one will not make you eligible for a Post study work visa.
