Whereas if you are fresher in that case pursuing PGDM would be the best option for you.

Please avoid getting into Diploma again. If you have a Bachelors degree in any area, apply to get into MA Journalism & Mass Communication. You will then have a whole lot of options. You should be willing to travel outside Kolkata if need be if you are really interested in pursuing your chosen career.
