Hi,
Please remember every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test.
1. GRE score of 300-320 plus.
2. TOEFL score of 90-100 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

You should necessarily look at doing your PGDM from the top 100 B Schools in India. Most of these B Schools accept only CAT scores. You should look at scoring a minimum of 95 percentile in your CAT to have a realistic chance of making it to these B Schools. A MAT score will get you admission only in the second rung B Schools which will add no value.

You are eligible for TGT and not PGT.
Trained Graduate Teachers should have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a recognized University with 50% marks or above in aggregate as well as in the concerned subject for recruitment and B.Ed. or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
Post Graduate Teacher requires Masters Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned or related subjects and B.Ed. or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
