If you are still continuing your studies you cannot migrate from Delhi University to Calcutta University. If you have completed your studies then you can migrate to Calcutta University. You must get a migration certificate.

You have a very long experience in Accounting career, Now, if you want to go for IT than it will be a radical shift from you core area, so, it's better to do something related to finance and IT. for that you can opt for a MBA (Major in Finance & Minor in IT/ Major in IT and Minor in Finance). this will give you a broad scope to stick to you core sector with an added advantage of IT.
As you are a working person, it will be easier for you to start a distance MBA rather than a regular one.
