Soon after the completion of BCA course, I suggest you to join in job opportunity rather than going for higher studies. But do this if you get any good job opportunity by the time you complete your BCA course. Don't leave higher studies for the sake of job that you got in ordinary company after completion of BCA course.
But its better to join in job opportunity if you got placement in MNCs after completion of BCA course.
As far as higher studies, if you are interested to pursue your Post Graduation with technical related stream, then better to go for MCA course.
In current scenario, IT is in good boom. Candidates who have completed IT related courses are being better paid by many organizations in these days.
If you have Maths in +2 then you can try in many top government university
Some of Reputed MCA Entrance Test are .
1) IIT JAM (For admission in IIT Rorkee MCA)
2) JNU MCA Entrance ( For Admission in Jawahar Laal Nehru University Delhi)
3) BHU MCA Entrance ( For Admission in Banaras Hindu University )
4) NIMCET (For admission in NIT Warrangal and other NITs)
5) UPSEE ( For admission in institute in UP and NCR)
But you must do preparation for these entrance test because question asked in these entrances are of Bsc Maths level even more than 80% question are of maths.
Do MCA only if you are good in Maths and reprogramming if you are not interested in maths and programming then you can go for mba.
From my point of view MCA is the best option after BCA
You can complete your MBA after MCA along with job by distance mode.

With regard to your query, for PGDM, preferably a minimum of 2 years work experience is desirable but not mandatory. However, a recognized bachelor’s or equivalent degree in any program with a minimum of 50 % in aggregate is required. Whilst normally we consider a score of 60 percentile or above in CAT, we also look for exceptionally bright candidates with good academics, work experience and extra curricular record. So, we would recommend that you apply for the course before 28 Feb 2013 which is the last date for the receipt of applications.
