Preparing for CAT is best done with a coaching institute of good reputation like IMS, TIME and Career Launcher. You can take their classroom courses or correspondence courses to receive guidance on various aspects of preparation, sample tests, areas of improvement etc. The CAT exam largely has questions on Maths, English vocabulary and comprehension and Logical reasoning. However, if you are very busy & can not attend classes or coaching you can wish to improve your performance in English, it will help to a) read a lot of news magazines esp. on subjects you are not familiar with to improve your comprehension abilities b) work on your vocabulary at a rate of 5 new words a day using them in sentences and internalizing them rather than learning a whole list of new words. c) reading books on English improvement such as those by Norman Lewis d) finding some sample papers to assess yourself from time to time during your preparation process.

Candidates who are foreign nationals can join the MCA course offered by the institutions. In order to do so, they should have a valid passport and the necessary qualifications. They can join the course after they have passed the entrance examination. The admission will be done according to the norms and other provisions of the institution concerned.
Academic Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should have a graduation degree with more than 60 per cent marks and they need to write an entrance exam in order to get admission to an MCA course.

I would say that a comprehensive plan in studies will help you reach your target . The time table for the study plan should be in tune with your daily needs and schedule.
