Look Dear going by the last year trend, around 900 applications were received out of which some 500-550 were called for the GD and PI rounds. Note that GD is not an elimination round. This year saw a slight increase in number of applications so accordingly expect somewhere close to 550 students to be available for GD and PI rounds. It will be in the ratio of 1:10 or could be slightly higher. Hope ur query is being resolved.

Average salary is between 4-6lac per annum for fresher. Finance and marketing is in high demand compare to HR, but at ISME we always have around 20-25 students who opted for HR and we were able to place them in top MNC's as per their caliber. ISME has always achieved 100% placement.
