You can go for M.Tech if you are interested in making a career mainly in the technical domain. Opt for MBA/PGDM if you're interested in the management/business field. Any of these degrees can ensure your goal of joining a MNC. But, you need to study well, get good grades and acquire the relevant skills and knowledge which can have your way of getting into a MNC.
Both MBA and PGDM are considered equivalent in India, just that the MBA degree is given by the Universities whereas a PGDM is given by the respective colleges affiliated to the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).
