The only thing you can do is mail either of them. Also, do call them if there is no reply for mail. Ask them if they have any other slots. Ask for both the college's to be on the safer side. If there is, just request them to give you a new slot.

CMI offers B.Sc. (Hons) Mathematics and Computer Science and B.Sc. (Hons) Mathematics and Physics 12th standard or equivalent. The eligibility criteria for both of programs is 12th standard or equivalent. Admissions for 20192020 :- Applications for August, 2019 will open in March, 2019. Lovely Professional University, Phagwara can be the good option for you. LPU offers M.Sc. In Physics and Math, M.Sc-IT and CS (Two years full time programs) and the B.E/B.Tech students can also be apply there.

There is no substitute for GMAT you either take it or you don't. CFA may substitute work experience requirement for MBA but you have to check the entry requirements with the business schools directly.
