The Australian National University, Curtin university, Manchester metropolitan university UK, Harvard Kennedy school are best abroad and Pondicherry University, Indian institute of Public administration Delhi, Jamia Millia Islamia, Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu University, Central University of Tamil Nadu are the best ones. Evening/distance/online/part time engineering courses are not valid any more as per the latest supreme court verdict, hence, I would recommend you to join regular B.Tech course for better career prospects.
