Your objective should be to get into the top 100 B Schools in India, for your degree to be valued and respected by the corporate world. Most of the reputed B Schools accept only CAT scores. cat is the most prestigious exam for taking admission in best mba colleges in india, if you think your quantitative ability, reasoning and verbal ability are more than average than you may prepare at home with reference books available in market otherwise you have to take coaching for entrance exam and coaching not only help you in written test but also in group discussion and interview taken by most of the college for admissions. This is the time to start preparation if you are in either last year of your graduation or completed your graduation as only six months are left for next year cat which is a short period for such preparation.
