If you are looking at premier B Schools you should look at giving your CAT exam. All reputed B Schools accept only CAT scores. The basic eligibility for CAT is 50% in your graduation. In case you are able to score 50% in your improvement exam, it stands to your advantage. The other option for you is MAT. There are very few premier B Schools which accept MAT scores. Moreover if you are looking at MAT you should look at scoring at least 95 percentile.
