After completing this course you may get appropriate employment opportunities in government's developmental agencies and non-government organizations (NGOs).

As per your profile you may surely pursue MBA from abroad, however, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

To be eligible for JEE Mains, one needs to fulfill the criteria mentioned below.
-A candidate must have passed in final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent qualifying examination. Those appearing in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination in 2013 may also appear in JEE MAIN 2013 provisionally.
