I suggest you initially go for the conventional course like doing B.Com. soon after your XIIth. Thereafter M.Com would be preferable before you do MBA with specialization in Finance through regular mode of education.

It would be better that you complete your engineering than quit engineering and try for B Com. If needed you may seek tuition assistance to clear failed subjects. Most Universities allow a maximum time limit of 8 years to complete B Tech/BE and even beyond that with permission from the Dean of the University or alike. .
