Before making a choice find out about your own liking regarding the field which interests you and the natural skills that you have. If interested in making a career in research or education line then opt for M.Tech / ME and if interested in corporate jobs then go for MBA. If you think you need more time to decide or need to practically examine your skills for making the judgement then opt for job for 2 to 3 years before making the change for higher education.

I suggest you contact Nagpur College of Homeopathy & Hospital is affiliated to Nagpur University and approved by Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH). For admission in good college requirement is +2 with math.
In average college just +2 with science in some colleges just +2. :)
Moral of the story is you can do BCA if you don't have maths in +2 but when you will try for admission in MCA after BCA then most of colleges will ask for maths in +2 NIT asks for 60% aggregate with maths in +2 for MCA.

If you are asking for the Best Institute then it cannot be any other than the IIM's. You may contact any IIM and find out their latest program for the Executive MBA course. IIM Indore generally has this course every year.
