Considering your experience, you may raise your claim and prove your competency if an opportunity arises within the company. Since you have a PG Diploma, you can also seek placement in other companies. It is likely that someone with a regular MBA and experience will be preferred for the post of HR Manager in another company, but do not loose hope. With an HR qualification, You may also seek entry as a personal officer in some companies.

Dear Sushmit,
The course fee in XIMB is inclusive of tuition fee, accommodation and caution deposit. However, the extra expenses include food expenses (which is paid on a monthly basis) and fees to join certain committees plus the general living expenses, depending on the particular student.
Also, you need to carry your own laptop as per the specifications prescribed by the college. For an average student, the expenses can range between INR 1 - 2 lacs.
For any other queries, feel free to get in touch with me.
