MBA is a management course. you can learn professional skills and corporate lifestyle in management studies. Many colleges provide Management courses but as a students you should search for the institute that may give you work experience with studies.

For admission in HBTI Kanpur in B.Tech. CSE you must have to clear UPSEE with top rank . There is no other criteria for admission.
Last year cutoff for OBC category:

Let me tell you that you should choose science and engineering courses for higher education and go for professional courses like BE/BTech, BCA/MCA, BBA/MBA, BSc/MSc in Computer/IT etc.
