The Chartered Accountancy (CA) is one of the rigorous professional course. CA consist 3 stages: CPT (common proficiency test), then IPCC (integrated professional competence course), and last is CA Final.

For admission in HBTI Kanpur in B.Tech. CSE you must have to clear UPSEE with top rank . There is no other criteria for admission.
Last year cutoff for OBC category:
Computer Science & Engineering 837(Opening Rank)
Computer Science & Engineering 1651(Closing Rank)

Let me tell you that you should choose science and engineering courses for higher education and go for professional courses like BE/BTech, BCA/MCA, BBA/MBA, BSc/MSc in Computer/IT etc.
Work hard in your classes and take coaching to clear entrance exams of above said.
So that you will get admission in reputed college/institute.
