You can do from anywhere but it will be good if you do from your own state university. Now, you can directly get admission in 2nd year after doing ITI. For that, you will have to appear in entrance exam conducted bye each state university.

Don't worry. It's normal state for 12th class students. But there are plenty of opportunities at this stage. Sky is the limit. You can go for engineering, medical or go for commerce or even humanities. What your heart says should decide your future course of action.
