No doubt, NIBM, Pune is the best college for Finance. XIME is also good. But specifically for Finance, NIBM is superior to others mentioned. It courses some very good courses which are offered in few MBA college only.

Canada doesn't require SAT and there is no degree offered as BA-LLB. What you need is to take your law degree in India if you wish to practice here. Or else, look for a graduation degree in Canada first and then apply for law course.
