Hello Vinay,
There is no major difference in B.J. M. C. and B.J. Even I would say they both are same. It is all about journalism and mass communication. You can go ahead in this and yes, there is CET (Common Entrance test) for admission in this course.

Hello, I would not suggest you to take a drop, as even they would question of why did you reappear for your 12th standard. You can continue with your undergraduate course in India, and then go for higher studies abroad. To get into Canadian Universities or colleges, you should maintain a consistent and excellent academic record. Canadian colleges accept 15 years of education and universities accepts 16 years of education.

Hi, Admission is not only through JEE Main. BIT SINDRI can admission on the basis of 2 exams. 1) If you have cleared JEE Mains then you can definitely get into this college but if not then your admission will be based on other student’s score. If they have scored more than you, then the competition will be tough for you. 2) BIT Sindri also conducts its own entrance exam called JCECE. You can also apply for that. If you have scored more marks in this exam then your admission will be on JCECE basis.
