You must take SAT and TOEFL or IELTS to pursue your bachelor degree abroad. Admission requirements are different for every country, university and program. SAT is not mandatory for all countries, it is mostly required if you are planning to study in USA. It is good if you can decide where to study , you can then start looking at university websites and know the admission process and requirements for your branch of engineering. Yes there are a few institutes who offer Bachelor degree in Acting but for further you need to take PG Diploma in acting. Regards.
