It not only depends on MAT score but also depends on your 10th and 12th score. It also depends on Colleges decisions and there rules. But for some college it requires 90+ score in MAT to offer you scholarship.

Hi dear,
After completing B.Sc, you can go for Masters degree or if you are interested in education field than B.Ed is also a very good option. You can also do MBA but only after clearing some entrance exam and from some reputed college because just doing it from any random college is of no use these days. Options are many but it solely depends on your what you want to pursue.

The last date for SRM university has been extended until 25th April. So if you can apply at the earliest and write the exam, then you just do it.
I think that's the only chance among the national level exams.
SASTRA university is also a good one. Applications have just opened. It is based on your board exam marks and JEE scores. But if you haven't appeared for JEE Mains, then just apply through the board exam marks. The last date for application is June 10, 2017. So if you want to, you can apply.
Amrita and Manipal universities applications are open despite the last date. But I am not sure, you can just check with them. If they are open
