VIT will call only those with a rank of up to 20K for counseling in the first round. Then depending on vacancies, more candidates can be called. But with 41K as rank, I feel you should look for admission somewhere else.

No, UPES is not so good for software branches. It is mainly good for petroleum engineering, mechatronics & electrical engineering. For software engineering, the best colleges include LPU, SRM University, Galgotia University, Chandigarh University, CGC Landran, PEC-Punjab, Manav Rachna-Faridabad, Satyabama University-Chennai, VIT-Vellore, etc.

And in Mains, 100 and above marks is required. They prepare their own merit list on the basis of 2 criteria:
First criteria has 70% of seats. Admissions are given by taking 25% weightage of JEE Mains and 75% of boards. Second criteria includes admission on the basis of board's marks only. But, it has only 30% of seats. So, for this criteria you should be having 95 or 95 and above marks for securing your seat, as in this criteria, competition may be very tough. I hope this w

If you are ready to hard work then you definitely can become a CMA. There are CMAs in our society. How did they pass? You really have to work hard. Your hard work and luck will determine your result. Still, if you want to pursue an easy one, then I would suggest that you should opt CS.

Selection procedure has admission test- Selection on the basis of admission test marks and marks in +2 board/council examination. General awareness, knowledge of media and test of creativity are the matter for the test. Eligibility criteria is 60% (till the last admission) at 10+2 level (best of 4).
