Hello Aditya,
Your marks are reasonably well. But unfortunately, CS is the most sought after branch of engineering. As a result, a majority of high scorers are likely to apply for this branch. This results in CS getting higher closing rank. Hence, I feel you have quite less chances of admission.

Yes, the candidate should have completed a Masters Degree course in the second division with minimum 55% marks in the concerned subject should have done Bachelors in Education or an equivalent degree for PU college lecturer.
