You can opt for courses like B.Sc Computer Science or B.Sc IT which will get you into jobs like System Analyst etc. and even after doing courses like B.Sc in Economics, Math, Agriculture, B. Pharma you can get into office jobs or can work in research labs However, I would suggest you to keep in mind your own interests before you use your career stream.

Different Institutes have different Parameters to take Lateral Entry students some will consider the same Entrance Examination which is their for regular students like IITJEE some will conduct a separate Entrance Examination so you need to check with the specific institute you want to get in that how they admit students for Lateral Entry or whether they take students through Lateral entry or not.
