u had Btech in electrical so aim to complete masters n then PHD in same area if u can spend more time in studies. else u can try any private college after Masters in electrical n enjoy teaching as a lecturere

As you have not got a very high percentage of marks, assuring any good Universities is not possible but you can sit for your AIEEE Entrance Examination next year and if you are able to get a high rank on the same you would be able to get into a decent Engineering college on the basis of your rank. I would like to add here that whichever, Engineering Field you choose you need to go through one or the other Entrance Examination to get into that particular field.
