Hi Mukul, To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. Hi Pooja,
As Mr.Pradip has already given the relevant answer, I would add to it that to be able to pursue TY B.Com you need to be enrolled with the program from the very first year.
There is no such provision to get admission in the final year directly.
