Yes! You are eligible for pursuing a diploma in Hotel Management. However, as a friend I would suggest you to go for a full time degree rather than a diploma, as a diploma will be of no help for you in the long run!

-If you wish to pursue B.E. Civil Engineering / Architecture then in that case you need to complete your schooling (Plus Two) first as it is the main criteria to pursue your desired course.
-It will even break the barrier in learning other advance courses in which plus two is the essential requirement.
