Hi Harsh Based on Bachelor degree you can apply for 1 to 2 years Graduate Diploma course you should have 6.5 band in IELTS . To get job all it depends on your academics score and knowledge .if you have completed one year course you can get one year work permit. And if you have job experience in your same field based on that you can apply for PR If your intension is to settle down there you can go for 2 years diploma or 2 years master degree programs. In that case you can get upto 3 years work permit. So it will be easy for you to find job in your field and based on your work experience you can apply for PR.
