1. ICWA (Institute for Cost and Work Accountants) is divided mainly in three stages:
Foundation Course
Intermediate course
Final course
Eligibility Criteria:
• candidate must have appeared/ appearing 10+2 level from the recognized board and also above 17 years of age to be eligible for this foundation and certificate part 1 course.
• candidate must have done graduation in any discipline or must pass the icwai foundation programme to be eligible for this course.
The course admission is open throughout the year and the exams are conducted in the months of June and December.
2. After CA, you can go for ICWA as an add on professional degree. It would enhance your career growth and can get you excellent opportunities.
As for MBA, it seems to be the key factor in producing this skilled manpower which is required to drive the industry. Doing MBA after CA/ICWA will definitely increase your value in the industry.
I can also suggest you to work once you successfully clear CA Final/ICWA and then once you personally feel ready to take the jump, go for Executive MBA meant for working professionals.

If you want to make a career in police or law enforcement division of India, you need to be aware of some basic facts. The recruitment procedure in police happens at four distinct levels. These include constables, sub inspector, deputy superintendent of police and Indian police service. For a good position in police, the minimum requirement is graduation.
Further, aspirants need to pass the Indian Police Service exam. After passing this test, you can easily apply for higher positions.
