GNIIT gives you hands on experience on computers (Software). Whereas BCA is more of technical and theoretical aspects too.
Remember one thing that if you join GNIIT, then it's very important that before your practical training starts, you should complete your graduation.
My advice would be to go for GNIIT followed by MCA through correspondence while working as it would definitely give you a career boost.
