Yes you may surely pursue BMS, please remember every institute has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.

Hi devraj,
it is better to do polytech diploma instead of ITI , it will be two years after your 12th because after ITI you need to diploma and then b.tech so better to take the step which saves your time after polytech diploma you can do b.tech with lateral entry in second year. All the best :)
