Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program from India you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.

Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for MBA through distance education from India, the advantage of this work experience would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.

- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.

Please read all the mails pertaining to IIJNM on Shiksha before you decide to join .I have to say
this because many candidates are not reading the IIJNM website properly. Based on Wikipedia's entry, students are concluding that IIJNM is affiliated to Columbia University, City University or UPI
Wikipedia's entry is inaccurate going strictly by the definition of affiliation. Check Columbia Univerisity website and see if mentions IIJNM as its affiliate college. It does not carry a single entry on IIJNM anywhere on Columbia website. If you just want to join IIJNM it is okay. But if you are joining the college for the aforementioned reason better cross check. IIJNM itself clarifies that it is a private autonomous institute. Therefore, it cannot possibly offer any degree.
Some members here have also claimed that IIJNM guarantees 100% placements. This is not true either. Only those who get a first class are guaranteed placements as per IIJNM's own website.
