Hello,As you have completed your Engineering in EEE, you are in the best position as to which sub stream speciality you want to get with.
Because there are several factors as for E.g you may be srong with designing circuits but you may find it difficult to play with motors,etc
So look for the course according to your strength and the base domain knowledge you are strong about.
To recommend it from my side i suggest
Embedded Systems: Advance S/W @ H/W interfacing in Java
Embedded Robotics CAN based Project
would suit best for you.

Hello,
No, there is no other way to get IIT other than JEE exam. If you want to take admission in IIT, first it is necessary that you have to appear in JEE mains and advance and clear it with good rank.
