Dear vatsal, You have scored good marks in your 12th standard. I don't have idea about Government colleges for Biotechnology course. There are some Good private Universities which provides quality education, good placements, etc. I would say Lovely Professional University is best for pursuing B.Sc. Hons) Biotechnology. If you re looking for quality education, good placements, exposure, academics then LPU is right place, it has all. I am saying this because one of my known is pursuing same course from LPU and her experience is amazing.
