Both have equal value Deepak. MBA and PGDM are both management courses yet the only difference is the approach to its curriculum. MBA give more focus to the syllabus framed by the university and no change is bought in for years. As for PGDM the focus is more on the current industrial demands and requirements.

helo.
yes u can definitely go to any other colleges apart from nit's or iit's.
if any student is nitian or iitian den how much he ll earn. the same that u ll earn only there will be a stamp of iitian or nitian. it doesn't matter u study from nit or iit. even Satya nadella (ceo of Microsoft is from manipal university) . so if u r determined den u can achieve ur goal from any college.
there are many colleges u should go for like vit mit srm kiit or any other colleges. the thing matter is ur knowledge. how u study in ur college. so give ur best shot. and leave the rest.
best of luck.
