Although both BTech IT and BSc IT are graduation degree but BSc IT is accepted as is lower degree in comparison to BTech IT in Indian IT industry. BSc is a 3 year degree Science course and BTech is 4 year engineering degree course. MSc IT and MCA are treated equivalent to BTech IT or CSE by Indian IT industry. With BSc IT degree you will get lower end jobs in Software development / testing in comparison to engineering graduates.
