Yes, you can. It depends if you meet the admission requirements. Talking about the gap, this will depend on the nature of your gap whether you prepared for some exams or gained work experience etc. You may have to submit a statement of activity to the university along with your SOP to justify your gap.

With a rank of 7832 in JEE Mains, you can get a top NIT. Maybe Warangal, Surat, etc.

In BITSAT, with a score of 315, you cannot get the electronics branch at Pilani campus, but you might get at Hyderabad campus.
