You have to take the IELTS or TOEFL to meet the English language requirements. You must have passed your 10+2 with very good scores particularly in maths and Science. For specific admission requirements you should visit the school websites. CAE Oxford Aviation Academy, CTC Wings, Flight Safety Academy (USA), Illinois Aviation Academy, Stanford Flying Club, etc.

No, as per Bar Council mandate it is mandatory to appear for the state level entrance exam to appear for 3 years as well as 5 years law program hence you have to appear for the same. Check if there is an additional entrance exam being conducted either by the government or by the institute.
