Just try to go in college which is better than to do through distance as in distance education you didn't worry about study but when you go to college you are aware of syllabus and study well.
You can appear for UPSC after your graduation.

Every college has its own unique features and specialty that you cannot compare with others. It depends upon what suits you best and what are your requirements in order to judge the college. As far as symbiosis is concerned, let me tell you BCA from SICSR was ranked as # 3 in India's best BCA colleges 2015 by India Today. Also if you visit the website and see the placement statistics you will see many of our alumni are in top MNC's working at the respectable position. To get the statistics of all the colleges mentioned by you, you will have to research a lot on all of these individually.
