It's not that everyone gets seats at NIT Warangal. NIT Warangal falls under top10 colleges of India. There are some cutoff criteria for admission. College does not reveal it and every year it is changing but for reference you can refer official website of NIT Warangal. They have provided complete details of opening and closing ranks of previous year.

Sharpen your mind and intelligence. Don't focus on the trend listen to your needs. Start by taking small steps. Avoid any activity of getting depressed. Try thinking logically. Try solving problems rather than getting answers. Work hard for hours. And the smartest though should be " just focus of solving a 6 hours paper well rather than fighting with 12 Lacs smart peoples. " If you solve that 6 hours papers, you'll ultimately beat that crowd.

Yes you will get. The eligibility and admission criteria of B.Tech course of Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology and Research are given below.
Eligibility criteria :
1. Candidates born on or after 1st July, 1999 and a pass in Intermediate or its equivalent with minimum CGPA of 7.0 in Andhra Pradesh or above 60% aggregate marks in Telangana and other South Indian States are eligible to appear for the admission test. The minimum eligibility for the students of North, North East and other states is 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

You can get any branch in engineering depending upon the college. You cannot get admission in any government or semi-government university based upon your 42793 rank. But yes, you can gok for private universities.
