No, You cannot get any NIT. But there are chances to get Any government college. And you can also try for private college.

Stick to NCERT, solve previous year's question paper. It's enough for 10 day preparation.

Well B.Tech is much diverse programme, then B.Sc IT. For placement, B.Tech has more prospects. B.Tech is for 4years, B.Sc is for 3 Years. Most important is what is your interest and will you be able to carry forward yourself for the same. According to your APECET rank, you can get a seat in Civil through counselling . Otherwise it is impossible for you to get a seat through counselling. But give a try by placing the college in your priority list if seat is allotted for you. If you want to try in jaipur then you can go ahead as there are several other best colleges like RIET-Jaipur as now admission are going on. I hope this helped you.
