Yes, it is worth going to SRM because it ranks in top 10 private universities of India you have huge infrastructure impeccable college environment. You have huge opportunity to explore and develop yourself in your area of interest be it making f1 cars be it organising fest or be it making drones and what not in the campus. You don't have to face ragging that is a good part. Placements are also decent. So yes it is worth it.
