Sorry to say but there are no chances of you getting admission either in IHM, Bangalore or IHM, Hyderabad because in IHM Bangalore, the maximum to maximum cut-off is 2766 & in IHM, Hyderabad, it is 1600.

I would say Amity Noida is much better, in addition, you can also check for Lovely Professional University and GLA university as they also offer much dynamic and placement oriented courses. Check for their scholarship programme.

Well, if you do PGDM or related degrees from IIM, MDI, Xaviers then it is fine you will get good profiles in corporate, MBA you can pursue fro any university but again if you do it from Top universities like Symbiosis, NMIMS, Lovely Professional University, Amity then your career prospect are good. Duration is the same, the only thing is that not every one can offer PGDM. For teaching MBA is required. For certain government jobs also, they are selective in terms of only accepting MBA.

Pursuing two regular/full time degrees is not allowed. However, one can study two courses separately. One of the courses which you wish to pursue can be done from a regular college, but the other one must not be a full time course. You can do Diploma courses instead. Regards.

You are absolutely eligible for English hons because I think 90% is Enough for the course. Every college had different cut off for different course. You may check the below link for get some idea of 2018 cut off DU. http://www.du.ac.in/du/index.php?page=cut-off-2017.
