The admission into IITs is based on the score and rank in JEE Advanced and not based on JEE main performance. If you have cleared JEE Mains then you need to appear for JEE Advanced and get a good score to get admission at IITs.

Event management courses are generally offered at post graduate level. You need to have a graduation degree to pursue these courses. Although, there could be an exception that an institute might consider UG Diploma eligible for the course. You will need to check that with individual college. (10+2) or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent.
If you are not a 12th pass, you will not be able to.
