First of all SPJIMR is not an university, its an autonomous b-school. It does not provide degree, it provides diploma in management (PGDM) which is equivalent to MBA. Even the IIMs as of now provide only PGP/PGDM diploma. Regarding placements, students get placed before they complete post graduation.
