you can eligible after completing Bachelor's and some colleges offer after completion of 2nd year according to your aggregate marks but you will not get admission until you submit your final year markssheet

Hello Sayali,
While Computer Engineering equally covers both hardware and software aspects, Information Technology and software engineering has a lesser focus on the hardware aspect. However, this difference hardly matters as universities frequently keep updating the syllabus for each branch.
Unless and until, you get a job in a hardware manufacturing company like Intel, Logitech, etc. this little difference in the syllabus hardly matters. Most of the jobs offered is in the software domain.
So, there is no need to compare the little differences between the branches.
