Normal B.Sc means you have done your graduation only but B.Sc. (hons) means you have done specialisation in any subject so B.Sc (hons) is more better than B.Sc normal.

I would suggest you to take up Bachelor of hotel management. It is one of the best courses and has a wide scope in and outside India. The subjects are truly not rocket science and actual aspect and working of an hotel industry. Proper concentration and dedication will help you to survive in this industry throughout.

Yes, you can easily get admission in this college with ease. Even in the first counselling, you can get this college, but I'll prefer you to choose the core branch of this college, as in the non-core branch, you might be a topper, but the thing is that you can't be able to get the placements.
