All the fields mentioned above are good to pursue and all offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
Most of the students from engineering background opt for either finance or operations as their specialization in MBA.
However, I would suggest you that before opting for any specialization you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career, and accordingly you can select the best specialization as per your interest and liking.

Complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR GDPD
Admission is open to students who have passed or who will appear for qualifying
examinations under the Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalents like AISSCE/ IB/
ISC. Successful candidates shall be given admission to the academic programme,
by the institute, subject to their passing the qualifying examinations. The medium
of instruction at NID is English.
Upper age limit for candidates is 20 years (relaxable by 3 years for reserved
categories) as on June 1, 2012.

yes you can take admission in BCA
The candidates should have passed Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) with atleast five subjects including Maths as one of the subjects from any recognized Board or University.
